4,500 square meter spa to open in Tallinn's Ülemiste City in 2028

A new 4,500-square-meter spa complex is scheduled to open in Tallinn’s Ülemiste City by 2028. The €10 million project, a collaboration between SPA Tours and Mainor Ülemiste, will feature dedicated zones for families alongside an exclusive area for adults. Construction is slated to begin next year to provide the first facility of its kind in the southeastern part of the city. This development is a key component of a larger strategy to transition the business-focused district into a versatile, mixed-use community. As part of a broader €500 million investment plan, the area will see significant growth, including new residential and office spaces, as well as infrastructure improvements linked to the local airport and the upcoming Rail Baltica terminal.

The project marks a significant shift in the urban development of Ülemiste City, transitioning it from a strictly commercial business park into a comprehensive, multifunctional residential district.
