Нов начин на одржување на советнички прашања се применува од денеска во Советот на Град Скопје. Како што објасни претседателот на Советот, Даме Димитровски, советниците, по принцип два од опозиција и еден од позиција, наизменично, најпрво ги поставуваат прашањата кон градоначалникот, службите или јавните претпријатија, а откако ќе завршат со поставување прашања тогаш следуваат одговори на прашањата – усно или писмено. The Council of the City of Skopje has introduced a new procedure for handling councilor questions. Instead of receiving immediate answers, councilors will now submit all their questions first, and then the Mayor and public enterprise directors will respond collectively at the end of the session. This change, agreed upon by group coordinators, aims to improve the Council's efficiency. However, some councilors from SDSM and the Left party have voiced strong opposition, arguing that this new method eliminates debate and potentially allows the Mayor to avoid difficult questions or prepare responses, thereby circumventing the spirit of the Council's rules of procedure.
