This delay is causing concern regarding the coordination of services for people with disabilities. Busa Jeremiah Wenogo, Manager of the Economic and Business Development Branch, emphasized at a recent dialogue in Port Moresby that provincial governments and the National Capital District Commission bear the responsibility for the Act's implementation. He called for these authorities to actively engage in bringing the legislation to life.
