Cypriot firm Easternmed Real Estate Capital Plc has significantly expanded its international property holdings by acquiring The Muse, a newly constructed office building in Brussels' European Quarter. The company purchased the full share capital of Arlon 75BV, the owner of the property, for approximately €82.26 million in cash. The building, located at Rue d’Arlon 75-77, is set to be leased long-term by the European Defence Agency (EDA).
This strategic acquisition adds a prime asset to Easternmed's portfolio within a key European business hub. The Muse, delivered in April 2026, offers substantial office space and boasts high environmental certifications, including BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum.
