U Skupštini Hercegovačko-neretvanskog kantona u Mostaru danas se održala javna rasprava oko Nacrta zakona o porezu na promet nekretninama u HNK.
A public hearing was held regarding the Draft Law on Real Estate Transfer Tax in the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton (HNK). The proposed legislation aims to replace a 26-year-old law that had become inconsistent with higher-level legislation. Key stakeholders, including representatives from the HNK Ministry of Finance and the Federal Tax Administration, participated in the discussion.
The tax rate on real estate transfers will remain at five percent, with the government open to discussing social measures and local incentives for young couples.
