Госдума приняла закон о правилах использования SIM-карт несовершеннолетними

The State Duma has approved a new law regulating the use of SIM cards by minors. Under the new legislation, individuals under the age of 14 will be able to obtain SIM cards only with the consent of their legal representatives, such as parents or guardians. For those between 14 and 18 years old, the process will require written consent from a parent or guardian, or the minor can act independently if they have been declared fully capable by law, for example, through marriage or emancipation.

This law aims to enhance the protection of minors in the digital space and prevent unauthorized access to communication services.
