Je to destrukce fungujících věcí, které přinášely užitek státu i jeho obyvatelům. Tak mluví experti o škrtech, které dělají přímo na ministerstvu životního prostředí (MŽP) a v celém resortu vládní Motoristé. Ti podobná nařčení odmítají. Prý jen pracují na úsporách a škrtají zbytečnosti. Nicméně faktem je, že resort opouštějí respektovaní odborníci. A Motoristé naopak najímají lidi, o jejichž kvalifikaci lze přinejmenším pochybovat. They allege that the ministry, under the leadership of the Motorists party, is making cuts that harm its operations. The Motorists, however, deny these accusations, stating they are merely implementing cost-saving measures and eliminating redundancies. Despite these claims, the ministry is reportedly losing respected experts while hiring individuals whose qualifications are being questioned.
