Nepal received a record amount of remittances in the month of Baishakh, totaling NPR 257 billion. This figure represents the highest monthly remittance inflow recorded to date. Over the first ten months of the current fiscal year, remittance inflows have surged by 41.2% compared to the same period last year.

This significant increase in remittances highlights a growing trend of financial support from Nepalis working abroad, which is crucial for the country's economy.
