A six-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Generative AI & Agentic AI: From Prompt Engineering to Building Autonomous AI Agents” began at SDM College of Engineering and Technology (SDMCET) in Dharwad on Tuesday.
Inaugurating the programme, secretary of SDME Society Jeevandhar Kumar highlighted the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence across various sectors and appreciated the institution’s initiative in organizing the FDP.
Presiding over the function, principal of SDMCET Ramesh L. Chakrasali said that such FDPs are essential for familiarizing faculty members with modern AI tools and technologies.
