The development and testing of satellite terminals for GSAT‑32/N3 will be undertaken by Avantel Limited, a company involved in technology solutions for the defence and communication sectors. The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has awarded the contract for this work.

GSAT‑N3 will be launched to meet the S‑band communication needs of Indian government users.

The total value of the contract is ₹9.94 crore (inclusive of applicable taxes). The project is scheduled to be executed by December 2028.

Satellite terminals play a critical role in enabling secure and reliable satellite-based communications for defence and strategic applications. The development and testing of these terminals are essential for ensuring robust connectivity, operational readiness, and mission-critical communication capabilities across defence networks.
