Operação prende 5 pessoas por tentativa de latrocínio, receptação e golpes contra idosa em Timon

Authorities in Timon have arrested five individuals in connection with a series of crimes, including attempted robbery resulting in death, theft by abuse of trust, and receiving stolen goods. The operation, named "Cerco Fechado," led to the apprehension of suspects involved in distinct criminal activities. One woman is accused of defrauding an elderly woman with cancer of approximately R$ 100,000 by misusing her bank card and PIN. Additionally, three men were arrested for their alleged involvement in a 2021 incident where they shot an elderly man during a home invasion and subsequently stole belongings. The fifth arrest was for possession of stolen items.
