KUALA LUMPUR: Anak syarikat milik penuh tidak langsung Tanco Holdings Bhd, Tanco Dot Com Sdn Bhd memeterai memorandum persefahaman (MoU) dengan China Mobile International Ltd yang beribu pejabat di Hong Kong bagi meneroka pembangunan dan pembinaan pusat data dengan beban teknologi maklumat 50 megawatt (MW) di Negeri Sembilan. The agreement aims to explore the development and construction of a 50-megawatt (MW) information technology load data center in Negeri Sembilan. This collaboration is intended to foster strategic partnerships with globally recognized entities to expand Tanco's business activities into new sectors. The MoU is valid for one year and will automatically renew unless terminated by either party, with confidentiality obligations extending for three years post-termination or expiry.
