A Fidesz-kormány által létrehozott, a tanárok számára eddig kötelező tagságot jelentő Nemzeti Pedagógus Kar megszüntetését kezdeményezné a PDSZ, az oktatási miniszter viszont csak a kötelező tagságot törölné el, de felmerült egy kamara alakítása is. A kar elnökét, Horváth Pétert kérdeztük.
The Democratic Teachers' Union (PDSZ) is proposing the abolition of the National Teachers' Chamber, an organization established by the Fidesz government that previously required mandatory membership for educators. However, the Minister of Education is considering only eliminating the mandatory membership aspect, with discussions also arising about potentially forming a different type of chamber. Péter Horváth, the current president of the National Teachers' Chamber, stated that they are awaiting the ministry's decision and indicated his willingness to continue as president for another year.
