Ukraine has enacted a new law, identified as №15111-д, which will impact both domestic and international digital service providers operating within the country. This legislation targets companies offering services such as ride-sharing, delivery, accommodation rentals, and online sales, including prominent platforms like Bolt, Uklon, Airbnb, Glovo, and Uber. The law also affects approximately 400,000 individuals who provide services through these digital marketplaces. The Ministry of Finance has provided clarifications on how this new digital tax framework will be implemented.
