The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has recently allocated departmental responsibilities among its elected directors during their first meeting chaired by Tamim Iqbal. Tamim himself will lead the Working and Facilities divisions. No separate chairman was appointed for the National Team's management, a role typically handled by the president. Vice-president Fahim Sinha has been assigned the BPL Governing Council and Game Development departments. Other directors have taken charge of various key areas including grounds, high performance, women's wing, age group, disciplinary, finance, security, and media.
