Brno má další tunel. Pod sídlištěm Kamechy a budou v něm jezdit tramvaje
Stavbaři po čtyřech měsících dokončili ražbu tunelu pro budoucí tramvajovou trať na brněnské sídliště Kamechy. Práce v tunelu budou pokračovat, dopravní podnik v dalších týdnech začne také s pokládkou kolejí. Projekt za více než dvě miliardy korun z velké části financují evropské dotace. Provoz na nové trati by měl být zahájen na konci příštího roku.
Construction crews have completed the excavation of a new tunnel in Brno, intended for a future tram line serving the Kamechy housing estate. This significant milestone was achieved after four months of work. The next phase will involve laying the tram tracks, with the transport company set to begin this process in the coming weeks. The entire project, costing over two billion Czech crowns, is largely funded by European Union grants.
