Het vernieuwde deelfietsennetwerk 'nextbike Vlaamse Rand 2.0' is klaar. In de gemeenten rond Brussel vind je nu op 68 plaatsen een deelfiets, waarmee je bijvoorbeeld van het station of de bushalte naar huis kan rijden. De combinatie deelfiets en openbaar vervoer geeft je in de hele Vlaamse Rand een alternatief voor de wagen.
A renewed shared bicycle network, 'nextbike Vlaamse Rand 2.0', has been launched, offering residents and visitors a new transportation option. The network features 68 locations across the municipalities surrounding Brussels where shared bikes are available. These bikes are intended to provide a convenient last-mile solution, connecting public transport hubs like train stations and bus stops to final destinations.
This initiative aims to provide a sustainable alternative to car usage, promoting the use of public transport combined with cycling for travel within the Flemish periphery.
