Lagos commercial driver dies in autocrash

A commercial bus driver has died following a multi-vehicle accident on the Cele Expressway in Lagos. The collision involved a mini-bus, commonly known as a 'Korope,' and a Toyota Tundra pickup truck. Emergency responders from the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) were quick to arrive at the scene to manage the situation.

LASTMA officials confirmed the driver of the mini-bus sustained fatal injuries. The deceased's body was recovered and released to his family. The vehicles involved were removed from the expressway to restore traffic flow, and the police have taken custody of them for further investigation.
