Daev, em Valinhos Reprodução/EPTV Valinhos anulou, nesta terça-feira (9), o processo de venda de parte do Departamento de Águas e Esgotos (DAEV), encerrando a tentativa de concessão à iniciativa privada iniciada em 2024. 🔎 A decisão extingue a Concorrência Pública nº 01/2024, que previa a venda de 49% das ações da autarquia e a concessão dos serviços de abastecimento de água e esgoto por 35 anos. The decision means DAEV will remain fully under public administration, reversing a process that began after the entity was transformed into a public company in 2023. This move follows concerns that the DAEV might have been undervalued in the proposed sale, with initial assessments suggesting potential underpricing.
