Despite government initiatives like the Corporate Renewable Energy Supply Scheme (CRESS) and the Community Renewable Energy Aggregation Mechanism (CREAM) under the National Energy Transition Roadmap (NTER), the core issue of buyer-supplier alignment remains unaddressed.
