Civil Police in Boa Vista have arrested two women, Fernanda Carneiro do Nascimento, 35, and Karen de Oliveira Fernandes, 30, for their involvement in the torture and murder of a 17-year-old girl in 2019. The victim, Laura Rosa Macedo Marinho, was killed during a "crime tribunal" orchestrated by a criminal faction.
