At least 15 Bangladeshi students are holding significant leadership positions in student unions across various UK universities. These students are actively working to ensure the rights, welfare, and representation of their fellow students by serving as presidents, vice presidents, and in other key roles. Their success in these international platforms highlights their leadership qualities and capabilities. Notable among them is Naim Hasan, elected Vice President of Anglia Ruskin University's London campus student union, who is also involved in social and environmental initiatives. Khadija Hossain Orla, serving as Vice President (Education) at the University of the West of England, advocates for academic interests and works on issues of education quality, student rights, and housing.

This demonstrates the growing leadership capacity of Bangladeshi students on an international stage and their active participation in university governance and student welfare.
