The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade has dismissed a portion of the criminal charges against Veselin Milić, the former head of the Police Administration for the City of Belgrade. The dismissed charges pertained to the criminal offense of "Aiding and Abetting". This decision follows an earlier rejection of another part of the indictment against Milić. The prosecutor's office has not yet made a decision on the remaining charges.

The outcome of the remaining charges will determine whether Veselin Milić could potentially be reinstated to his former position as head of the Police Administration for the City of Belgrade.
