Mundial 2026: Selecção nacional realiza primeiro treino na Flórida
Os Tubarões Azuis, que iniciaram na segunda-feira, 08, o estágio em Tampa focado na estreia histórica frente à selecção da Espanha, efectuou esta manhã o primeiro treino, em que a equipa técnica contou com todos os convocados. De acordo com a Federação Cabo-verdiana de Futebol, (FCF), foi realizado na tarde de ontem mais um treino para dar continuidade à preparação para o jogo frente à equipa espanhola. A selecção de Cabo Verde faz a sua estreia oficial no Campeonato do Mundo
The Cape Verdean national football team, nicknamed the Blue Sharks, has begun its training camp in Tampa, Florida, in preparation for their historic debut in the 2026 World Cup. The team held its first training session with all selected players present, following up on previous preparatory activities. Cape Verde is set to make its official World Cup debut on June 15th against Spain in the opening match of Group H. Their tournament journey will continue with matches against Uruguay on June 21st in Miami and Saudi Arabia on June 26th in Houston.
This marks a significant milestone for Cape Verdean football as the nation competes on the world stage for the first time.
