Ruim een miljoen euro aan boetes voor niet-aangegeven verbouwingen sinds 2024
De fiscus heeft sinds 2024 in totaal 719 administratieve boetes opgelegd aan eigenaars die wijzigingen aan hun woning niet of te laat aangaven. Samen waren die goed voor 1,1 miljoen euro. Dat blijkt woensdag uit cijfers die De Tijd opvroeg bij de federale overheidsdienst Financiën.
Belgian tax authorities have issued 719 administrative fines totaling over 1.1 million euros since the beginning of 2024. These penalties were imposed on homeowners who failed to declare property modifications or did so late. The figures were obtained by the newspaper De Tijd from the federal public service for Finance.
