The Leptos Group is launching the Cavalli Tower, the first Roberto Cavalli-branded residences in Europe, as part of its Limassol Blu Marine mixed-use development. This new phase follows the success of previous projects like Limassol Del Mar, which significantly enhanced the city's international image. The Limassol Blu Marine project, an investment exceeding €500 million, features four towers on the seafront, including two residential and two office towers. The Cavalli Tower will showcase Roberto Cavalli-designed interiors in common areas and offers optional branded furniture for apartments. Sales for these beachfront residences, ranging from one to five bedrooms, have commenced.
This development signifies a major investment in Cyprus's real estate and tourism sectors, introducing a luxury branded living concept to the European market and further boosting Limassol's international appeal.
