The development will feature two auxiliary football fields and a three-level training facility on state land adjacent to the Alphamega Stadium. This project aims to significantly enhance the club's training infrastructure and provide comprehensive facilities for athlete rehabilitation, recreation, and accommodation.
The planned complex will include natural grass pitches meeting modern European and UEFA standards, along with a training centre housing a gym, swimming pool, massage and cryotherapy areas, offices, a restaurant, and accommodation for 42 athletes and staff. Construction awaits planning permits and potential funding from the Cyprus Sports Organisation.
