ΔΕΗ και Vodafone Ελλάδας διερευνούν τη δυνατότητα να ενώσουν τις δυνάμεις τους στις οπτικές ίνες
Ο Όμιλος ΔΕΗ και η Vodafone Ελλάδας ανακοινώνουν την υπογραφή μη δεσμευτικού πλαισίου βασικών όρων (Non-Binding Term Sheet) για την πιθανή δημιουργία κοινής εταιρείας με ίση συμμετοχή (50-50), που θα προκύψει από τη συγχώνευση των θυγατρικών εταιρειών ΔΕΗ Fibergrid (100% θυγατρική της ΔΕΗ) και Fiber2All (100% θυγατρική της Vodafone Ελλάδας) και θα δραστηριοποιηθεί στην παροχή υπηρεσιών χονδρικής δικτύου οπτικών ινών μέχρι το σπίτι (FTTH) στην Ελλάδα.
