বৃষ্টি ঝরানো মৌসুমি বায়ুর বিস্তার ঘটেছে দেশের প্রায় অর্ধেক এলাকাজুড়ে। এর বিপরীতে অবশ্য পশ্চিম দিক থেকে আসা বাতাসও আছে। আর এই পশ্চিমা লঘুচাপের কারণে মৌসুমি বায়ুর স্বাভাবিক চেহারা এখনো দেখা যাচ্ছে না। তবে আজ বুধবারও দেশের পাঁচ বিভাগের বিভিন্ন স্থানে বৃষ্টির সম্ভাবনার কথা জানিয়েছিল আবহাওয়া অধিদপ্তর। তা হয়েছেও রাজধানীতে। তপ্ত গরমের পর দুপুরে মিলেছে বৃষ্টির স্বস্তি। দেশের মোট বৃষ্টিপাতের ৮০ ভাগের বেশি হয় দক্ষিণ–পশ্চিম মৌসুমি বায়ুর কারণে। তবে এ বছর বৃষ্টির মৌসুমে তুলনামূলকভাবে কম ব
