বিয়ে নিয়ে মামলা: নাসির–তামিমা খালাস
ক্রিকেটার নাসির হোসেন ও তাঁর স্ত্রী তামিমা সুলতানা তাম্মীর বিরুদ্ধে করা মামলার রায় ঘোষিত হয়েছে। অভিযোগ প্রমাণিত না হওয়ায় তাঁদের বেকসুর খালাস দিয়েছেন আদালত।আজ বুধবার ঢাকার অতিরিক্ত চিফ মেট্রোপলিটন ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট জশিতা ইসলাম এ রায় দেন। বাদী ও আসামিপক্ষের আইনজীবীরা এ তথ্য নিশ্চিত করেছেন। রায় ঘোষণা উপলক্ষে নাসির ও তামিমা আজ আদালতে হাজির হন।
A Dhaka court has acquitted cricketer Nasir Hossain and his wife Tamima Sultana Tammi in a case filed against them regarding their marriage. The court found the allegations unproven, leading to their discharge from the case. The verdict was delivered on Wednesday by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate of Dhaka, Joshita Islam. Both the plaintiff's and defendants' lawyers confirmed the ruling, and Nasir and Tamima were present in court for the announcement.
This ruling brings closure to a legal dispute that had cast a shadow over the couple's marital status.
