CySEC withdraws Cyprus investment firm licences, starts fund liquidations

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has recently withdrawn the operating licenses of two investment firms, TTCM Traders Trust Capital Markets Ltd and Conotoxia Ltd. The withdrawal for TTCM Traders Trust Capital Markets Ltd was initiated by the company itself, while Conotoxia Ltd's license was revoked due to non-compliance with authorization conditions, including issues with its board of directors, management structure, shareholder suitability, and organizational arrangements. Conotoxia Ltd's license had been suspended since July 2025.
Additionally, CySEC announced the commencement of liquidation procedures for the registered alternative investment fund ANABAZA RAIF V.C.I.C Ltd, following a notification from its external manager, AIFCAP Managers Ltd. The fund will remain under liquidation until all necessary procedures and documentation are finalized.
