His statement questions how long these acts of violence will continue. Recent assaults by armed groups in East Arsi Zone resulted in the deaths of approximately 13 individuals. Additionally, one church was destroyed by fire, while another sustained damage and looting.

The attacks raise concerns about religious freedom and the safety of minority communities in the region.
