A neighbourhood street food festival has just been announced, enriching the first summer month’s agenda. The Municipality of Lakatamia is once again hosting the Lakatameia Youth Street Food Festival on Thursday, June 25, at the Park of Agios Georgios, in the outdoor area of the Lakatameia Amphitheatre. The Municipality of Lakatamia is organizing its annual Youth Street Food Festival, scheduled for Thursday, June 25th. The event will take place at the Park of Agios Georgios, near the Lakatameia Amphitheatre, running from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM. This lively festival aims to bring together food trucks, bars, and the community for an evening of culinary delights and entertainment.
The municipality is currently seeking vendors, including food trucks, stalls, and mobile bars, to participate in the festival. Interested businesses must submit applications by June 12th, with fees set at €80 for food trucks and €120 for mobile bars. Priority will be given to local Lakatamia residents and businesses, followed by a first-come, first-served basis due to space limitations. All participants must possess the required licenses for food and beverage sales.
This event provides an opportunity for local food businesses to showcase their offerings and engage with the community, while residents can enjoy a diverse range of street food options.
