PDRM FC and Kelantan TRW FC have each been fined RM10,000 for failing to submit complete documentation for the fifth In-Season Fair Play Financial (FFP) submission for the 2025-2026 Malaysian Football League (MFL) season. Both clubs were also found to have outstanding employee salaries and debts to government agencies as of April. They have been given 14 days to finalize their submissions and provide proof of payment or settlement plans for these arrears.
Kuala Lumpur City FC also faces scrutiny for similar outstanding payments and will be closely monitored with a 14-day window to address them. In contrast, six clubs, including Johor Darul Ta'zim FC and Selangor FC, fully met the MFL's FFP requirements. Four other clubs have no salary arrears but still owe payments to government agencies, and will receive official warnings.
