Sai Bhaskar Hospitals Managing Director B. Narendra Reddy said the hospital is taking steps to ensure that all joint replacement surgeries performed there are robot-assisted within the next four years. Addressing the media in Vijayawada on Tuesday, he said that, in collaboration with Stryker, an orthopedic technology company, the hospital is adopting advanced treatment protocols aimed at enhancing precision, safety and personalised patient care. He also stressed the need to make robotic-assisted joint replacement surgeries affordable and accessible to the common people.
