They accuse those responsible and their supporters of provocations against the families and vow to continue their fight against an ongoing cover-up. The association highlighted that the Greek state, instead of supporting the prosecution, initially appointed defense lawyers for the accused controllers. This latest delay follows a similar indefinite postponement in the case of the missing video evidence, which had reached a critical stage after 20 hearings.
The repeated postponements and alleged cover-up tactics in the Tempi train disaster trials hinder the pursuit of truth and accountability for the victims.
