108 रुपये के लिए 36 साल तक लड़ा केस, कोर्ट से नहीं मिली राहत
हरियाणा रोडवेज के पूर्व कंडक्टर राम कुमार से जुड़ा 108 रुपये के राजस्व नुकसान का मामला 36 साल बाद समाप्त हो गया. पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट ने उनकी अपील खारिज करते हुए विभागीय कार्रवाई को सही माना. 1989 में बिना टिकट यात्रियों को यात्रा कराने के आरोप में उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई हुई थी. हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि जांच रिपोर्ट और नोटिस उन्हें दिए गए थे तथा प्राकृतिक न्याय के सिद्धांतों का उल्लंघन नहीं हुआ. इस तरह तीन दशक पुराना विवाद खत्म हो गया.
