Anak syarikat Ann Joo jual tanah di Gurun pada harga RM119.58 juta
KUALA LUMPUR: Anak syarikat tidak langsung Ann Joo Resources Bhd, Gurun Heavy Industrial Park Sdn Bhd (GHIP), akan melupuskan 25.25 hektar tanah perindustrian di Gurun, Kedah pada harga RM119.58 juta. Syarikat itu berkata GHIP telah memeterai perjanjian jual beli (SPA) dengan Zichen Malaysia Sdn Bhd bagi pelupusan berkenaan pada 10 Jun 2026. Dalam makluman kepada Bursa Malaysia, Ann Joo berkata, pelupusan itu dilaksanakan selaras dengan perjanjian usaha sama (JVA) antara GHIP
Gurun Heavy Industrial Park Sdn Bhd (GHIP), a subsidiary of Ann Joo Resources Bhd, has entered into a sale and purchase agreement to divest 25.25 hectares of industrial land in Gurun, Kedah. The transaction is valued at RM119.58 million and is set to be completed with Zichen Malaysia Sdn Bhd. This land disposal is part of a joint development initiative with Transyear Sdn Bhd to develop and market the Gurun Heavy Industrial Park. The move aims to progressively unlock value from the company's land bank and enhance its future cash flow position.
