Consiliul Concurenţei a câştigat procesele intentate de două bănci implicate în investigaţia privind stabilirea indicelui ROBOR, care au solicitat instanţelor (Judecătoria Sectorului 1 şi Curtea de Apel Bucureşti) suspendarea unor proceduri derulate legal de autoritatea de concurenţă, pentru a bloca finalizarea cazului, conform unui comunicat de presă.
The Romanian Competition Council has successfully concluded legal battles against two banks that were part of an investigation into the ROBOR index. These banks had initiated legal proceedings seeking to suspend the Competition Council's procedures, aiming to impede the investigation's completion. The courts, including the Bucharest Court of Appeal and the Sector 1 Court of Bucharest, ruled in favor of the Competition Council, dismissing the banks' requests.
