Οι ψηφιακές υπηρεσίες του gov.gr αποφέρουν ετήσιο όφελος ύψους 312 εκατ. ευρώ, μειώνουν τον χρόνο εξυπηρέτησης του κοινού έως και κατά 97%, ενώ κρατούν μακριά από τα γκισέ και τις ουρές των δημοσίων υπηρεσιών περίπου 19 εκατομμύρια επισκέψεις πολιτών κάθε χρόνο! Πιο απλά, πιο ψηφιακά, πιο αποτελεσματικά με το CRM», που είχε στο επίκεντρό της τον ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό της δημόσιας
The digital platform gov.gr has generated significant benefits for Greece, including an annual economic advantage of 312 million euros. The platform has also drastically reduced public service times, by up to 97%, and prevented approximately 19 million citizen visits to government offices each year. Since its inception, gov.gr has offered over 2,257 digital services, issuing more than 431 million documents and certifications. This digital transformation has improved efficiency for both citizens and businesses, with completion times cut by 88% and contributing to resource savings and a reduced environmental footprint.
The success of gov.gr demonstrates the tangible economic and efficiency gains achievable through digital transformation in public administration, setting a benchmark for improved citizen services.
