Siljanovska-Davkova stressed that EU enlargement must adhere to the Copenhagen criteria, with reform progress dictating the pace of accession. She advocated for "de-Balkanization through Europeanization," stating that a stable, prosperous, and European Balkan region is crucial for both regional and European interests.
