Racist politician comments triple after Meta rule changes

This surge occurred in the six months following Meta's decision to relax its content moderation policies. The company had stated that its previous enforcement was too strict, limiting political discourse. The CCDH report also noted even steeper increases in violent threats and hate speech during the same timeframe, with some categories quadrupling.
