Penuntut universiti maut, rakan cedera, kereta bertembung lori di Rawang
KUALA LUMPUR: Seorang penuntut universiti maut selepas kereta dipandunya bertembung dengan sebuah lori di persimpangan lampu isyarat Taman Sari, Rawang menghala ke Country Homes, dekat sini, petang tadi. Ketua Polis Daerah Gombak, Asisten Komisioner Ibrahim Husin, berkata nahas kira-kira jam 2.25 petang itu turut menyebabkan seorang penumpang kereta terbabit cedera. Katanya, siasatan awal mendapati kereta jenis Perodua Myvi dipandu mangsa iaitu seorang lelaki berusia 18 tahun

The accident occurred at the Taman Sari traffic light intersection, with the 18-year-old male driver of a Perodua Myvi reportedly losing control of the vehicle before swerving into oncoming traffic. The car then collided head-on with a Volvo lorry. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel, while an 18-year-old passenger sustained injuries and received treatment at a nearby clinic. The lorry driver was unharmed.
