Prázdný je každý desátý byt v Bratislavě, odhaduje centrální banka
Růst cen bytů na Slovensku se letos v březnu v meziročním srovnání mírně zvýšil na 14 procent, uvedla ve své nedávné zprávě tamní centrální banka. Upozornila zároveň, že zdražování pohání v posledních letech silná poptávka, a to ve všech regionech. Více než polovinu bytů v zemi přitom koupili na investice lidé, kteří už nejméně jednu nemovitost pro bydlení vlastnili. Proto přibývá nevyužívaných bytů. Jejich podíl je pak výrazný ve velkých městech typu Bratislavy či Košic.
In Slovakia, the annual growth rate of apartment prices slightly increased to 14% by March of this year, according to a recent report from the central bank. This price escalation has been driven by robust demand across all regions in recent years. A significant portion of these purchases, over half, were made by individuals already owning at least one residential property, indicating a trend towards investment buying. Consequently, the number of vacant apartments is on the rise, with a notable concentration in major urban centers like Bratislava and Košice.
