Authorities in Araraquara, São Paulo, have arrested 12 individuals and seized a significant quantity of illicit substances during a police operation. The raid, conducted by the Narcotics Investigation Division, targeted the Residencial Oitis neighborhood and surrounding areas. Officers confiscated nearly 8,000 individual portions of various drugs, including cocaine, marijuana, and crack. In addition to the narcotics, 185 rifle rounds, packaging materials, and electronic devices were also recovered.
This operation is significant as it disrupts drug trafficking networks and removes dangerous weapons and materials from circulation in the region.
