Nigerian govt, partners train NAPTIP, Civil Defence, others on GBV prosecution in schools

The Nigerian government, in collaboration with partners, has launched a training program focused on prosecuting gender-based violence (GBV) cases occurring in schools. This initiative targets personnel from agencies including the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) and the Civil Defence Corps. The training aims to enhance the capacity of these bodies to address the rising incidents of abuse, exploitation, and harassment experienced by children within educational settings.
