Inscriptions are now open for the 14th Renê Jerônimo Race, Fernando de Noronha's most established street running event, scheduled for August 1st. This race is part of the island's 523rd-anniversary celebrations and anticipates around 350 participants, including locals and tourists. Runners can choose between 5 km and 16 km routes, traversing trails, beaches, and urban areas, with a 3 km walk also available. The event aims to foster community integration, promote healthy lifestyles, and boost self-esteem through sports.
