A significant Brazilian delegation, comprising 14 companies and 13 buyers, recently participated in Rendez Vous Canada, the premier event for the Canadian tourism market. This marks the largest Brazilian contingent in nine years, aiming to enhance their Canadian travel offerings and explore new opportunities. The group, supported by "Extraordinário Canadá," Air Canada, and Global Tourisme, sought to deepen their understanding of Canada's tourism landscape.
During their visit, key representatives also toured Air Canada's Operations Centre in Toronto. They observed the airline's advanced flight control and customer service processes, which have earned it a Four-Star rating from Skytrax. The center's technological sophistication and integrated operational governance were particularly noted.
This initiative is crucial for strengthening tourism ties and expanding product offerings between Brazil and Canada, benefiting travel agencies and consumers alike.
