Authorities in Iranduba, Amazonas, have arrested a 24-year-old man suspected of monitoring the routine of a 60-year-old woman before she was robbed of R$ 15,000. The victim was assaulted with a firearm during the May 17th incident. Police investigations, including security camera footage analysis, indicated the suspect had been observing the victim's habits to facilitate the crime. During the arrest, the suspect's 22-year-old partner was also detained for receiving stolen goods, found in possession of a cell phone stolen in a separate incident. The investigation is ongoing to apprehend a second individual believed to have directly confronted the victim and taken her money.
