To celebrate Environment Week, the facility is offering free programs until Friday, June 12th, aimed at students aged 6 to 12 from both public and private schools. The initiative includes interactive sessions such as a "trail of knowledge," an ecological scavenger hunt, and visits to the seed room and laboratory. Schools can schedule visits, and parents or guardians can also participate by making prior arrangements. The nursery, part of the Pontal do Paranapanema Forest Recovery Association, can produce up to two million native and exotic seedlings annually for reforestation projects.
